Returns or Replacement

Our aim is your complete satisfaction. Email us at info@specsdelight.co.uk should you require advice on how to use the Specs-Delight glasses holder.

In the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you return your Specs Delight in the original box, in a marketable condition, for a full refund of original purchase price. Your return postage cannot be refunded.

Your purchase cost will be refunded via the card that was used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

If the item was damaged during shipping please email at info@specsdelight.co.uk as soon as possible so we can send a replacement.

We request that customers contact us with returns queries as soon as is practical.

The Specs-Delight glasses holder must only be used by adults for its intended purpose, which is to support normal glasses frames above the wearer’s nose and ears. Specs-Delight shall not entertain any liability for any other use. See our Terms&Conditions for further information

If, upon inspecting any returned goods, it is apparent that tampering or misuse is evident, we reserve the right to refuse monetary refund.

‘Lifetime Guarantee’ refers to the reasonable expected useful life of the Specs-Delight product when used as instructed.
